Effective as of November 11, 2025
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal contract between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and SMVRT TECHNOLOGY (Pty) Ltd regarding your use of the SmartArc Dashboard, mobile applications, NFC-enabled services, and related tools (collectively, “the Software”). By creating an account or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
SMVRT TECHNOLOGY grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use SmartArc for lawful purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

SmartArc allows you to create your own digital company profile. You retain full ownership of your uploaded content, but grant SMVRT TECHNOLOGY a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display your data solely for platform operation. You are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and intellectual property rights of the information you publish.
All personal and company data is collected and processed according to SMVRT TECHNOLOGY’s Privacy Policy and the requirements of POPIA and GDPR.
Some SmartArc features may require payment or subscription. Fees are payable in advance and automatically renew unless canceled. Non-payment may suspend service access.
SmartArc may release updates or improvements periodically. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of any revised features or terms.
SmartArc software, code, designs, and trademarks are the property of SMVRT TECHNOLOGY. User-generated content remains the property of the user but is licensed for platform use.
SmartArc is provided “as is” and “as available.” SMVRT TECHNOLOGY shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss, business interruption, or reputational harm. Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may terminate or suspend your access for violations, illegal use, or non-payment. Upon termination, all rights to use SmartArc cease immediately.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. All disputes shall be resolved by South African courts.
